You get priority access to his schedule, a direct line to call or text when something looks off, and a 10% discount on any work you book. No guessing, no searching for someone you can trust last minute. Just good, consistent attention from someone who genuinely cares about your trees.

Heartwood

Your trees work hard all year. Heartwood makes sure someone's paying attention. Twice a year — spring and fall — Curtis visits your property for a dedicated plant health assessment, checks for early signs of pest and disease pressure, and evaluates your soil health so small problems don't become expensive ones. Between visits you have direct access, priority emergency response, and a 15% discount on everything. Most clients who sign up for Heartwood tell us the same thing: they wish they'd started sooner. This is the plan that keeps your trees ahead of problems instead of chasing them.

This is comprehensive tree care — the kind that used to be reserved for estates and botanical gardens. Four visits a year, a complete plant health care program, deep root fertilization, pest and disease treatment, dormant oil application in the fall, and fungicide coverage where your trees need it. Full Canopy clients don't call us wondering if something's wrong — they already know someone's watching. Your trees get the full program, every season, every year. And when you add new trees to your property, they're covered too. This is what it looks like when a property is truly cared for.
The Crown Monthly Plan · Full Property Stewardship
The Crown isn't a service plan — it's a relationship. Once a month, Curtis is on your property. He knows your trees by name, tracks their progress season to season, and handles everything from aesthetic pruning to plant health treatments to landscape maintenance. There's no calling to schedule, no explaining your property to someone new, no wondering what needs attention. It's already handled. The Crown is for clients who want their outdoor space managed at the highest possible level — and who understand that the best-looking, healthiest properties don't happen by accident. A professional tree care relationship built for smaller municipalities, township parks, and village properties. Every site gets a full tree inventory, a written health and hazard report, and seasonal monitoring for pest and disease pressure — including Emerald Ash Borer, Oak Wilt, and other Michigan-specific threats. When storms come through, you have a certified arborist on call who already knows your trees. Every report is ISA-compliant and ready for your records. This is what responsible public tree management looks like — documented, consistent, and handled by someone who takes it seriously.

Grounds Stewardship Municipal · Mid-Level Contract
For cities, school districts, and public works departments managing multiple sites and real tree canopy. Grounds Stewardship brings quarterly visits, a full seasonal treatment program, Emerald Ash Borer and Oak Wilt monitoring, storm response within 48 hours, and written reporting your team can actually use. Treatments are handled at a contract discount and billed separately to keep your budget clean and predictable. One ISA Certified Arborist, named to your account, managing your tree program from first bud to first frost. This is what a well-run public tree program looks like.

Legacy Stewardship is a long-term partnership between Old Soul Arbor Care and the communities that take their urban forest seriously. Monthly visits, a complete tree inventory with full documentation, all PHC treatments included, emergency response within 24 hours, and a custom annual forestry management plan built specifically for your municipality. You get a named ISA Certified Arborist who knows your trees, attends your planning meetings, and gives your council or board the documentation they need to make good decisions.
